Saddington Taylor helped Ambleside Homes secure outline planning permission and reserved matters approval prior to discharging conditions for a scheme of 5no. bespoke, high-quality bungalows at White Bear Farm, Stillington.
The application site is located outside of the Development Limits and adjacent to the Conservation Area with neighbouring residents in close proximity. Despite these constraints, careful design work ensured that the scheme was recommended for approval under the Council’s Interim Planning Guidance. The application was determined by the Planning Committee and Members declared unanimous support for the proposal.
